Katrina has had a lifelong relationship with movement, dancing ballet and other dance styles from a young age and competing in various sports. She completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher training, as well as several additional teacher trainings including restorative yoga, barre, and is a certified Yoga Tune Up® Teacher. Her interest in movement and anatomy led her to study Ortho-Bionomy, a gentle, osteopathic-based form of bodywork to reduce chronic stress, injuries or pains associated with postural and structural imbalances.
